Communication, patience, and problem-solving come naturally to me, and I strive to make sure everyone feels heard and taken care of.

I know projects and maintenance can feel overwhelming, so I'd be honored to step in as your go-to coordinator. From lining up the right vendors to making sure details don’t get lost in the shuffle, I keep things moving while keeping it stress-free for you.

Fairbanks is home, and supporting local businesses and property owners is something I truly enjoy. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to handle the details so you can focus on the bigger picture.
